Performance

At 10XPR we understand the differences in the technologies available to athletes and fitness enthusiast alike, however use of this equipment to achieve our goals isn’t always straight forward, at 10XPR we separated the most effective equipment into two different protocols.

 

For Performance we created Everest training, matching the stresses equivalent to being on Mount Everest located at camp two 20,000 feet above sea level, This environment puts the body under an immense amount of physiological stress. In response to this our body reacts with beneficial changes that is key to enhancing performance. However, this should be used sparingly at specific times for maximum benefit.
